Complaints procedure

Focal Meditech has an internal complaints procedure. If you have a complaint, you can send it to . In the subject line you have to indicate that it is a complaint. In the email, you should be as specific as possible in describing the complaint, together with your contact details. In this way, we will be able to forward the email to the complaints officer who will deal with your complaint. You will receive confirmation of receipt of your complaint as soon as possible, but in any event within five working days, once we have received it in good order. From that moment on, the complaints officer will keep you further informed of the procedure and the steps taken.
